What Do the 'Destruction,' 'Connection,' and 'Alteration' genes do for the group in 4D space?

Well well, that's a good question...

Destruction Gene-Given to Fayt. This is possibly the most crucial gene in defeating the Creator of the Eternal Sphere, Luther.

Alteration Gene-Given to Maria. This gene is needed to just exist in 4D Space. Without it, you just can't.

Connection Gene-Given to Sophia. This gene was needed to open the Time Gate to go to 4D Space. Also, because of this gene (possibly), Sophia is the only one who can touch the Sacred Orb in the Shrine of Kaddan, which is needed to enter Luther's realm.

In the Shrine of Kaddan, there's a statue that asks you to send four people into four rooms (one in each) to fight a monster. Tell me which monsters are in the doors. If you didn't do this...then answer this:

Full Active mode...? If you mean the multiplayer thing, then you need to defeat the Sculpture Lord and Sculpture Guards(2x).

Full Active mode is a new type of game mode which you can choose when you start a new game, but there is a certain boss that you must defeat to unlock it...

Huh? I thought that Maria's Alteration gene let's them interact with the 4D beings...

No, Maria's Alteration allows them to exist in the 4D world
Sophia's Connection allows them to go to the 4D world
Fayt's Destruction gene allows them to interact with the 4D beings
