Well, got the game today. I was actually planning on Resident Evil 4 but it had sold out, so instead I bought my next purchase early, DMC3!
Anyone who has played games such as Price of Persia: Warrior Within will feel at home with this game, cutscenes that make the action scenes in Matrix movies look dull, attacks that focus more on style than on usefullness (gotta love jumping above an enemy, going upsidedown and firing a hailstorm of bullets onto your enemys bellow while spinning).
Devil May Cry 3 is a prequal to Devil May Cry, graphically it's not so bad but I've seen better. Bosses are nice, enemy's are tough if you let them be. There's 4 "styles" you play in, Trickster (normal'ish), Gunslinger, Swordmaster and RoyalGuard (Martial Art-style).
Hidden missions and lots of unlockable swords and guns is also added to replay value along with difficulty levels. A game worth buying for any Action fans out there.

I'm still loving this game, the combo's are starting to run out so I'm starting to use switch-combo's instead, it's harder to get used to but it pays off alot when you master it. :)

I thought it was kinda wierd that he named his guns Ebony and Ivory. Cool, but weird.
I bet Dante was one of those social rejects at school.
They always have more fun.
Shooting demon's, the ability to survive a stab wound to the chest by a sword as thick as a tree trunk. Yep. Fun...

Naw dude, you havn't seen a thing yet. Forget one sword, at the start of DMC3 he gets stabbed by 8 scythes at once.
All I'm going to say is, the action scenes in the cutscenes on this game ****s all over MGS3, and this is coming from a fan. :)
You're gonna love this, you're gonna be yelling "spank that monkey!" as you go to your local farm-store to buy it. :)
EDIT: By the way if you don't know, my current sig is from DMC3. She's called Lady and she's human but can pull off nearly as many stunts as Dante. You should see her in the cutscene on the end of mission eight, she kicks some serious AZZ.

It's nice to finally see a lady like Lady carrying a bazooka/ bayonet. She look's kinda evil though. :) But then, everything in DMC is.
Evil in a good way that is...
:) I give up. Call me farmboy. I don;t care. Really *throws darts at picture of Anubis*
