Anubis made a topic like this a while ago, here's a new version so to speak.
Basically you post your warning history, and discuss it and others.

I viewed the pop up then pressed PrtScn 3 times, and then pasted it all together in photoshop.

Please try and post constructively. Your warning is extremely easy to tell. There is a small bar below your stats next to each post. Click the percentage and a pop up will appear with your warning history. Next time it's a warn. - Agatio
