Erm... IP adresses can be deceiving.

FOR EXAMPLE: I COULD have the same IP as... BILL even if we're not the same person. That happened at another forum I go to. We had to ban someone so, we banned their IP but suddenly LOTS of other members got banned just because of that single IP. And they lived in VERY different parts of the world.

I dunno, maybe that happened cause we're using phpBB and well, our forum likes to break o.o; So, I dunno if it's the same thing with IPB.

Deieving maybe once. IPs are seperate from everycomputer. Then they have a glitch in the forum, IPS are NEVER the same for any two computers, it's like a fingerprint, IP's are statistically assigned to each and computer out there.

It might be because they use Google Web Accelerator, and they happen to use the same server over at Google. There is a way to get their real IP if they're doing this, though, but I don't know if IPB does it.

EDIT: And Andross, I've been playing THPS ever since it was released, and I find your statement highly offensive.

If you do choose to ban that IP number, just try not to get l3luemage banned. He doesn't seem to do anything wrong. The stonegimp file....it never gets used so I don't really care.
