Server Up Or Down?

Here you can post if the server is up or down.
Now its down and when it comes up some one can post that the server is up.
So everybody know if the server is up or down.

    Unless a server test is ongoing, the server is always DOWN. Always. Until we release the beta, the server will always be offline unless during a public server test.

      There's a good chance that we'll see another server test before the end of the summer. When, I don't know, but hopefully before the end of the summer.
