Well as all of you know by now google is no longer the search companion of old Now with Alerts, Answers, Catologes, Dictionarys, ect .... availible right from there site.

But now there Google Talk a new IM for all to see use well if you have a gmail account. I can now hear people who dont have one and still want to use the new tecnology ranting but no now if you get offered to jion up to Google Talk you get a Gmail intivation with it so everyone who has one can invite the others.

Just what will google do next -_-

I've been invited to gmail about 5 times, but I accidently deleted them all a few nights ago without thinking to sign up fist ._.

I got Google Talk this morning, its really nice for a beta, I haven't actually talked to anyone on it yet, but I'm 100% behind Google no matter that they do, they make Microsoft put everything they have against them, which is better for the consumers. -_-

Do google have their own browser? That's the next step in their internet domination -_-.
That might make Microsoft rethink their Internet Explorer. Their idea of 'increasing security' is actually just making messages pop up every time you do something saying that it might be dangerous <<.

I think it would be better if Google teams up or buy Mozilla, it would be much better, after all Firefox would take over I guess in like 10 years.

I was thinking that. What we would probably get is added integration of google services within firefox, which would be pretty good seeing as google own half of the reliable net resources -_-.

If Google buy Mozilla it would be a big upset to MS, which is good cause I'm tired of them dominating everything they do.

Good thing Sony atleast is holding the gaming market still.

Actually, The only thing microsoft are doing that I'm happy with right now is the Xbox -_-. It just goes to show, they perform much better when they have competition. They don't even have to update IE, cause 90% of people still use it just because it's packaged with Windows.

I am sick of Microsoft dominating everything, too. They're trying to start a buisness in everything from Video Games to Search Engines.

You guys sound pretty hypocritical, wanting Google to buy Mozilla and all. You basically want Google to own and encompass everything Microsoft has by buying out MS's rival products - otherwise, have them monopolize stuff in order to beat MS, which you all dislike for being a monopoly.

Microsofts new browser has come up with a groundbreaking idea! Instead of internet spam, they give you security spam!

No longer will you see "Buy Viagra for real cheap!" from now on every 2.5 seconds you will see "Internet Explorer has randomly blocked a pop-up or at least we think it has. Please note you cannot turn off this security message".

Sony only makes media drives (for PC hardware). Plus, there are an abudance of competing hardware companies in the first place.

I'm having trouble trying to download Google Talk. And it's rather stupid that the problem is, whenever I click on the download button, nothing happens. Nothing at all.

This won't take off. So many people already use MSN/AIM and to a lesser extent YIM and ICQ. It would take a hell of a lot of time, publicity and more importantly features for a new chat program to get anywhere near as bg as these.
