Actually it DOES. The height is longer than your info on the sidebar. I suggest you crop the image a little or at least resize it to an agreeable size. Incase you don't know, people don't like wallpaper-sized crap as they scroll through the forums.

Simply put, use common sense. Standard signature are roughly 400px wide and 100px high. Of course this ranges but yours is simply a bit too large. Shrinking it down to about 200x400 will not make it too small or too huge i'd say.
