Header not done (obviously). Everything else is done. 1 hour PS/brainstorming, 1 hour of coding. Super streamlined, but still cool (imo) ;)

As I already told you; it's good.
The only way to fix that IE hover problem is to ditch the list at the top and just go plain links with IDs.

      Anyways, 9/10. It's good.

Hmm, well, I'm thinking I'll go ahead and do that, since the school uses IE after all, but then I'll change it back once I do a public release.

Sleek, but bland. Maybe when the header is done it will look better.

Yeah, it's good, but it doesn't really give me a *WOW* effect. When it's complete I'll post here again.

Hmm, I dunno why, but I have a slight feeling the bg pattern is a bit too subtle. Probably b/c of my LCD - does anyone notice the pattern?

I notice it and actually like it.

However, I think a more circular background might add some contrast.

The background is very nice. Having a technical yet subtle background is always the way to go. You want something that doesn't detract attention from the content area, but at the same time is well done, and not bland. You have done well wuth your bg :) .
