My computer has barely any disk space left so, a friend told me to get 'Crap Cleaner'. It wipes out stuff like COOKIES, cache, history and lots of other things.

Buuut, my friend forgot to mention I shouldn't delete SOME cookies :D Now, there's a few webpages that are effed up. DeviantART for example:

    (This is deviantART in Firefox)
    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v209/shebanekochan/putain2.jpg

    (This is deviantART in IE)
    http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v209/shebanekochan/putain.jpg

CCleaner should have wiped out the crap from both programs but for some reason, it didn't mess up IE. And there's no way I'm using IE to browse DeviantART.

    Suggestions?

REFRESH. Your cache is gone, so things will not always load properly, and might time out. Refresh a few times in FF. Also, download Window Washer by Webroot (trial). It will do a much better job. Just make sure to look through the options so EVERYTHING is wiped. I've sometimes seen cases where 500MB of data is cleaned up.

I had the same problem. Happened quite a few times actually. Find a way to save extensions/themes/bookmarks, then re-install Firefox. Worked for me.

It's just an internet hiccup/caching problem. There shouldn't be such a need.

If it doesn't fix itself then there will be. I'm offering a practical solution.

Oh, and pressing a button isn't practical? XDDDD

Considered becoming a comedian? Because that put me in stitches.
Like I said, if it doesn't fix itself, then re-install.

Uh, Windows Disk Cleaner (for XP) is actually good; it gives you options to delete certain things per drive and works well.

Andross, believe me, refresh was the FIRST thing I thought about.

                    But then again, all of this happened about one week ago and it's still the same x.x;

I'm thinking about trying what Agatio said and looking for those other programs.

There's a new version of Firefox anyway, so you might as well do that now.

Lol, andross, you have the answer to most computer questions.

Like andross just said before I got to, get the newer version on Firefox, works wonders. Me, I just delete crap that I don't need, etc.

So you have 1.0.7? Still dead though? Maybe your friend's program effed up FF. Try clearing the cache using FF itself. As I said before, get the trial of Window Washer - it'll work wonders.
