I once heard of a mime killing some guy with his mime tricks 'cause the guy pissed him off. I don't know if its true, but man, those dudes rank right up there with michael jackson and clowns.

Wtf, I absolutely LOVE mimes. I've always wanted to be a mime, ever since I was a kid.

I even dressed as a mime last friday for some Halloween shots (pictures).

And, I don't understand what you mean by "those dudes rank right up there with michael jackson and clowns."

Mimes are NOWHERE near to clowns x.X; They're professionals. What they do is an art.

How can mimes kill people? Aren't they supposed to stick with those imaginary dealies?

They don't bother me. I think they're pretty interesting.

I think the whole deal with a mime going 'oh look I'm trapped in a box!' is a bit over done now. Then again it is good when they fool people by making themselves look like a statue.

mimes who are good at miming are awesome. it's more than just pretending you're trapped in a box. They have all these actions they do and you immediately know what they're pretending to do.
Actually, Rowan Atkinson (aka. Mr Bean) does some great miming. though he does talk somewhat, a lot of his skits don't have him talking at all, or else he's taking to someone who isn't really there, but you know exactly what's going on, what the people he's talking to are doing by his reactions.

                in conclusion,

                Mimes > you

Well obviously mimes that are good at what they do are worth seeing but I meant the slightly weirder ones who turn up on the street.

Can't believe that even the mimes have a higher status than me. :P

EDIT: Oh, shoot. This is in the off topic forum.

Anyway. I don't think that a mime would kill someone because they were pissed off.. I mean, they'd have to break out of that box to do it. Who would want to collect a bunch of invisible shards and try putting them back together?

Haha, I saw a clip once where a mime was pretending he had a gun and pretended to shoot himself in the head but when he pulled the invisible trigger you see all his head just splatter against the wall. Hohohoho, that made me laugh for a good 7 minutes or so.

Mimes are stupid and annoying. I saw one going through Houston when I was little and kicked him in the shen.

They are annoying, and what they do is just stupid. Clowns are just as annoying, but at least they have the decency to reply.
