Alright, here's the point. Me and my friend have a bet, we're both practicing on Pro Evolution Soccer 5 and on the weekend we're going to have a match, the loser has to help the other with a project of their choice. Now, obviously I shall win because I always win, and so I want him to do some pictures for my fanfic (maybe even Golden Ghetto) but if he wins I have to write the script for his comic series.

So anyway, he made this 'dummy' strip just to see what people think if he chose to continue this, so I thought I'd post this up and tell him what you think of it. So all feedback apreciated obviously. Okay, so the image is below, enjoy.

Ah, someone with the balls to tell me their opinion. Finally.

I was begining to think my friends hard work was extremely crappy. Okay tell me this, does the art style look decent? Don't rate the story please because my friend REALLY sucks at humour and story, which is why he wants MY help. But for me to help him I first want you guys to rate how his art is.

So please. stop being such a bunch of knob-jockeys and post in this topic, you pencil sucking digital camera's!

His art is okay, but it seems stiff and underdeveloped. It needs some more refining, but also a bit more of a personal flare. That's usually done best through exaggeration and just eccentric body forms, while sticking to a general shape, so the form isn't completely unrealistic.

Well, no offense to him, I couldn't do half as good, but his style needs a lot of work. It just seems like.. something you'd see a talented ten year old could do. >_>

Heh, it's meant to have a cartoony style so it's not supposed to look all gritty and mature, but I get your point. I'll give him a link to this topic so he can read the feedback and hopefully 'improve' on the concept.

The art work ... eh ... could use some more development. The overall story is just about a guy being late, getting dressed, then finally forgetting to get his pants on. It's all too sudden. Overall, there wasn't much of a point to it.

And just because I can't do any better with my comics doesn't mean I can't evaluate well on someone else's.

To be considered seual an image must include a female who is fit, so basically don't ever draw women since these kids get boners before you can say "That's not a women, it's a man!".

See this is why it's never good to speak on behalf of others. Since it just shows how little some people understand about others. He said something which we didn't understand because we didn't know the story behind it, he thought that if he told it to us we would laugh, but it still sucked in this case. It's basically an 'inside' joke but the problem is he doesn't have anyone to share it with, thus the only person 'inside' is Zaffa himself. Voila.
