Greetings all, 'tis Wifle, animated from the grave to bring you more sprites. I did these a couple of months ago, but I figured I'd post them up since we've all agree'd on the AW theme for the site.
Mostly splices, but with a good few hand-drawn bits and a lot of recolouring.
A heavily custom "Bird trainer" CO. I hand drew the bird.

The head took me ages on this one. It is a recolour of a splice with hand drawn bits. Its meant to be an older version of CO Koal.

Woah, nice work. The one thing that really gets to me is the way AW's CO sprites' outlines get too thick and too thin in some parts. To me it looks a bit "untidy". Just to disambiguate, I'm not referring to whay you did, Wifle, but the way it was done in the game itself.
The first one's real nice. It would have looked better if the cloak would be against his frame, rather than flowing in the wind. It makes the sprite way too wide, unless that was the idea. Nicely recoloured. The bird is fantastic.
The second one's one of the better ones, but the darker colours of the cape are hard to make out.
The koal one's one of the best, as well as the one of yourself.

Wifle, although I like your work, I don't support you posting them up now.
After all an AW site is being made. I think the site will need your work and posting them here now will decrease the "WOWNESS" when the site kicks off.

OK Eug. I won't post anymore, but I just wanted to see if you guys liked them. I'm already working on a large battle-scene as I stated before which is looking really good, although I'll keep it under wraps until the site wants it.

All of them looks good, the only one which looks a little off is "Evil Sacha CO" which mind you still look good. Better than anything I can pull of. I always say that here it seems.

The custom one of your self looks great, but the legs are too fat to go with the rest of the body.

I've been a fan of this game since AW2, and I think you sprites look pretty neat. There's something about Koal that I find familiar, though...
