    I have a folder which name is green, I do not know why, and now every new folder or file I make/save in the folder or any folder connected to it turns up with green name. I've searched the menus for a color option but I've found none. I'm using windows xp.

      You need to be more specific. Actually, I can't even understand a word you're saying.

        One of his folders name is written in green.
        He wants to know how to fix it.

        Though a screenshot or 2 would help.

          Oh, I know how this works. Go inside the folder that is green. Now right-click on a blank space in the folder and click 'Customize this Folder...'

          You can figure it out from there, I think.

            In XP it is view (up the top) -> Customize this folder.
            I see no option about name colours though.
            A screenshot is in order.

            EDIT: Or you can just right click a blank area.

                Ok, problem solved, the folder had files in it that were encrypted. Thanks for the help.

                  Encrypted? How do you do that?

                    A little box inside the advanced option.

                    http://img475.imageshack.us/img475/8875/namnls7gf.th.png It's in swedish but I think you understand just by looking at it.

                      Incase you have another color problem:

                      Blue = Compressed
                      Green = Encrypted
                      Red = I dunno but I'm geussing Unmovable.
