It has certainly been a while since I was last active at GSSF... and what else can I say, except that my moderator duties have been neglected and unfulfilled, and that I am sorry.

But where are my manners? This isn't about me, solely. This is about the entire forum, and everyone who has come to distrust me, and feel betrayed by my absence.

I don't know how many of you will still believe me, but I have not truly ignored GSSF... I've certainly probed around a few times, checking for any major updates and the general status of the forums. It's just that, truly, there were far fewer topics of interest, to me, than before, and I simply did not have the time.

And here, you will probably be able to figure out why I have not had the time, it's become quite cliched, but yes, school is by far the major contributing factor. The fact that it's Junior year (which most will tell you is the most significant), or that I am taking five Advanced Placement classes [College-Level courses], and what with Track team and Ultimate Frisbee (which is a sport  ), and work...

    Err, yeah. The typical stuff.

On a more positive note, I have been perusing Macromedia Stuido MX, in particular Dreamweaver, so that I will hopefully learn some attributes of Web Design... and I am also well aware that there has been a "movement", so to speak, where several members have agreed to start a mini-site of sorts. Rest assured, that I am willing and ready to help.

Once again, I am truly sorry....

Hope you are all well, and Happy New Year!

    Truly, Riad

P.S. On that note, I can't truly vow to be as active as I once was, but certainly expect me to appear more often... and naturally, if you ever wish to speak with me, feel free to do so.

P.P.S. I have also been keeping track of gaming news. Revolution, anyone?

Welcome back, it's nice to see you again. As a junior myself, I can sympathize with you completely. If you are interested in helping out with that new site project, read through the topics and let Anubis know. Finally, I'd like to talk to you on MSN sometime soon just to catch up on some things.

Freshmen don't have this problem

I don't think the apology was necessary, lots of members are showing up rarely. Thanks anyway though.

              Don't use Dreamweaver's Design view.

It's great to see you here, Riad. I haven't seen you posting for a long time, and it's surely great to see that perfect grammar, and that kindness here again. Polite as ever, never going "crazy", one of the most adult, and yet a great member. Heh, it almost looks like i'm praising you!

In a short note: Welcome back, friend!
