I'm not sure. Most of the games I bought were older titles. I suppose I'd pick something like Fire Emblem on Gamecube.

Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater was released in 2004 but IMO it's better than any 2005 released game to date.
Anyway, for 2005 it's definetly God of War.

Oh...wait, it says console games...I guess that doesn't include "portable consoles"(which is their full names, foo's), so no MKDS on there. Er, well then, I'd put RE4 out on top still...followed by...hm...guess I can't put Twilight Princess anymore :P

I think portable consoles count as consoles. I just meant to specify that you can't vote for any MMORPG's.

I didn't get any new games last year at all. :( All I got was The Sims: Hot Date and Alien Hominid. And they definately weren't released in '05.
Whenever I beg my parents to let me buy something new, they're all like 'You've got everything in the world you ever wanted.', and I'm like 'NO I DON'T!'. Except I don't shout so loud, or I would start losing some of my games. B)

No it wasn't >_> It's a 2005 game. Well, for Australia that is. Check the AU release date
Is it disqualified? Is so, then I have no replacement. It was the last console game I've bought (besides PSP ones) in ages. And all PSP games at the moment are pretty crap in my opinion. Metal Gear Ac!d was probably my favourite though. Liberty City Stories is a very close second.
Meh, put me down for Metal Gear Ac!d >_>
