    This should prove to be a strong release for the DS, bringing the immensly popular Tetris game online... It is expected to launch Stateside on March 20th, which, if I recall correctly, is near the date for another highly anticipated Wi-Fi enabled DS game, Metroid Prime: Hunters.

    Anyone else anticipating it?

      I know that Tetris is a classic but... wtf is it? An arcade game?

        I never really got into Tetris. It always seemed kinda dull. I guess that's just me though.
        I'm sure the people who enjoy the series would be happy.

          Oh right... TETRIS... I remember now. Yeah, like Me111, I never really liked it.

            Should be interesting. I don't know if I will get it though, I enjoy playing it, but I don't think I would buy it at first, just wait until the price drops.

              This game would be so much fun on WiFi, when people get lines, the others get more lines on theirs. Of course, people have been playing Tetris for years and there would be many people out there who would own at this game.

                I still don't understand why people like it so much. What is it about Tetris that is so "fun"?

                  It's challenging, simple, addictive to many. Entertaining. That's how successful video games usually work. Tis another reason why Halo seemed more popular than other FPS, because of it's simplicity.

                    It is worth mentioning that the DS version should offer a fairly new challenge for all players, regardless of experience. Certain modes of the game will utilize the Touch Screen, and of course, that's never been done before.

                      I never did like tetris, so I will be avoiding this game like the plague :D.

                        why tetris when you can have PONG!!!!!! The greatest of all games out there (even better than GS O.o). Hunters will be a big thing for the DS which will help it against the PSP.

                          You are officially on my most wanted list. If you hate Tetris, you hate puzzle games, because Tetris practically represents puzzle games.
