I love the tekken series. It's most probably the only fighting game that ever had a storyline (Games back then were just like: "Beat the crap out of someone else just for the fun of it"). But in Tekken, it's something different. In 2005 Tekken 5 came out. This is the best tekken game ever made, not only does it have awesome graphics, but great storys from any fighter. The CG scenes and music are excellent too. Well on to discuss about any Tekken game, let me open the discussion by just saying:
Tekken 5: Dark Ressurection is coming out, how do you feel about it? >_>

I always mess up Tekken and Turok. Absolutely no idea why, since they're so different, but I always do. Dinosaurs and fighting...it confuses even me to think as to why I'm so confused. :P

I've got 2,3 and 4 and I like them but I don't like playing against other people. They'll either be button bashers or use the same move over and over.

Eddy = Best player period.
He reminds me of Brad in DoA. Still Eddy is sick and his moves are quick and fun to watch.

This may as well be the official topic for all things Tekken, so I'll take care of that.
On that note, I am usually not into the fighting genre, save for Soul Calibur II for the GameCube. I have played Tekken Tag (or something similar, at least) and I did enjoy it.

I have Tekken 3, 4, and 5. (Although Tekken 5 allows you to play the arcade versions of 1, 2, and 3.)
My favorite characters for each Tekken are:
Tekken 1: They all sawk.
Tekken 2: Same thing.
Tekken 3: Jin, Gon, Hworang, King, maybe even Bryan?
Tekken 4: Jin, Kazuya, Lee (Violet), and Hworang.
Tekken 5: Jin, Kazuya, Lee, Hworang, Raven, Feng, Baek, King and Devil Jin.
Yeah... Tekken 5 moves rawk though.

Bryan is funny to watch after he's one a battle. The character is lying on the ground and he just punches them whilst laughing. He's funny.

Heihachi is pretty easy to beat. Although he IS fast, he doesn't seem to be very good with Middle range moves.

Tekken 5 is the best of the series so far. I have the game and love it, an excellent fighting game. I've mastered Kazuya, Heihachi & Lee again. Not only is Tekken 5 the best in the series, it also has the arcade versions of Tekken 1,2 & 3 not to mention Tekken: Devil Within minigame. Graphics are great, moves are great, combo's are great and stages look great. The only problem was the cheap final boss, who was an absalute tosser.

Jinpachi? He's so easy to own with Jin. All you do is Power Stance when he uses flames at you. You'll be invinsible. And he's even easier t beat with raven.
