    XD

I've been watching VH1 waay too much, but they're talking about everything from the 80's.

    -The Stirrup Pants
    -Gremlins
    -Billy Idol
    -Glowworm

    ^That's just from 1984

I wasn't alive during the 80's so I'm counting on you guys to tell me what I missed by a decade.

Judging by the fact that the average user here is between 13 and 16, and I doubt you will get a lot of answers. You would probably have to be over 20 to actually remember any of the 80's.

I remember anything about the 80's. Why? Because the 80's sucked...oh wait it's also because I was born on the last year on the 80's.

I got hit by a bike in the 80's. Cut my right arm very badly, spent a month in hospital. There's still a scar from that, I love the scar, it looks like a stick-man.

Wait... yuki made this topic based on the fact that I was born in the mid-80s? wtf XD

Maybe I'm just too vain. XD

                        Anyways.....

                        - The Mattel Intellivision, though it had come and gone by the time I was born
                        - The Atari 2600
                        - The NES
                        - The Game Boy
                        - The Genesis/Megadrive
                        - The PNE rocked in the late 80s/early 90s. Nowadays you head to the fairgrouds to pay an admission fee that's doubled in the past 7 or so years and you get crap.
                        - Started school in 1988
                        - Had my tonsils out in 1989

I, like Sheba, was born in '89, so I certainly do not remember anything from that decade. For that matter, I don't seem to have any memories until roughly '91/'92.

LOL I said that exact same thing to my sister when she watched it when it was on TV. I was like those things a freaky, and then they tried turning them into cute little animals called furby, but furbies you could train...or try to train and then they become self aware and when they are mad they kill <_< Cooncidence?(sp?)

I still can't believe they brought Furby back.

That pic that Sheba posted reminded me of something else, too: LOONEY TOONS! I know it's supposed to be more adult-oriented, but I watched that a lot when I was young in the late 80s. <_<

I was born in '90 so I didn't live anything from the 80's. But all you have to do is turn on the radio <_<
I liked Back to the Future those were some kickass movies.

Oh, and then there was my first movie... TMNT: Secret of the Ooze. That was either in the late 80s or early 90s.

Rush did ome wicked stuff in the 80's, and Marillion formed and recorded all their best albums in the 80's. I'm not so much for the punk and the hair metal, though.

... and needless to say, if you want the best thing ever from the 80's, just look a few centimetres to the left of my post :P
