If anyone has a 360, I'd suggest seeing if you can play it on a 360 or something.

The PSP isn't Flash-compatible yet anyway. Maybe in the future.
The DS' touch screen serves as a... decent keyboard so GSW appearing on the DS is much more likely. Also, I've heard people say that the Opera browser for the DS will have limited Flash support, but I've also heard that it won't. :) So I don't know.
As for the Xbox 360, after a little searching I discovered that you can plug a keyboard into it, along with other things, probably...

Would lag time be eliminated by using the 360?

That's my theory out the window, anywho.

When HD games are played on HDTVs, they have sharper images, twice as many scan lines per frame, and play on a wider screen. I don't think GSW would benefit from this, though.

Then why is it that when I play online games on my computer which we bought in 1999, with a high-speed internet connection there is more lag than when I play on a newer computer with dialup?

Flash/Actionscript gives me almost unlimited flexibility in the graphics and interaction departments, which cannot be said with Java unless you spend extensive amounts of time creating a game engine.
In Flash I can worry about functionality and not all the boring, unintuitive graphics work that Java would need just to display the stuff on screen.
EDIT: Just remembered: even if I were to use Java, I wouldn't be able to make it into a GBA ROM because the compiler for GBA is for C only.
