Post here your favourite recipes, desserts, drinks, etc. I'll provide an example of the layout:

    Recipe: Hot Chocolate

    Ingredients:
    • Thermos
    • 1 cup of milk
    • 2-3 teaspoons of drinking chocolate
    • 1 teaspoon of sugar
    • Marshmallows (optional)
    Directions:
    • Measure out a cupful of milk and heat in a microwave for two minutes on HIGH.
    • While that's going, get out a thermos or, if you don't have one, an airtight drink bottle.
    • Add to the thermos the drinking chocolate and the sugar. If you want to melt in the marshmallows, add them too.
    • Wait patiently for the last thirty seconds.
    • Pour the hot milk into the thermos, seal it and shake vigorously for another thirty seconds.
    • Pour the hot chocolate into a mug. You should have a lovely layer of froth. Sprinkle some chocolate on top and add marshmallows. Enjoy!
Source: My mum found it in a Jamie Oliver book.

Rating: 7.5/10 - Best damn hot chocolate I ever saw.

You know what to do. Get cooking!

Considering most of us are in our young teens, we probably don't cook much apart from Instant meals, which you just shove in the microwave. If I did want recipies I'd look on a Cookery forum, not in some random topic in an obscure videogames forum.

As for your recipie, its hardly a reicipie is it? Everyone knows how to make hot chocolate, its just making tea but with chocolate instead of a tea bag. You don't need a bloody thermos.

No offense, but its a pretty stupid topic :P

Hey, if you want to hear my oven-baked recipes, then just give a shout. But apparently none of you would be able to handle a hot baking tray, let alone a square meal for yourselves.

I think this is a great topic! I'm very good at cooking, but I would never have thought of making a thread about it. Strange....=$

I'm a big fan of cooking large meals, SI. I know you're a lot younger then I am, so I don't know how much you can handle at a time, but I love cooking for my family when we all get together. Usually I get running around and shoo everyone out of the kitchen because they'd get in the way.... :)

I find it hard to cook and use the computer at the same time.... ^_^ When I have a moment to whip out a list of ingredients for one of my favorite dishes, I'll post it.
