I just wasted forty bones on what I can honestly say is the worst game I have ever played. You've all heard of Goldeneye, right? A true classic if there ever was one. Now, have you ever heard of Goldeneye: Rogue Agent? No? Well that makes sense, because few people would have the guts to admit they'd ever bought it. I'm writing this paragraph fuelled by the rage that EA Games has discraced the Goldeneye name. I will truly feel sorry for Electronics Boutique when I sell them this piece of crap.

Yeah, it's common knowledge that EA are a bunch of chumps. They can publish a few good games like The Sims, Sim City, Battle for Middle Earth, and Burnout, but that's pretty much it.

I've not bought a game from EA since Burnout Legends, and the next game I'm going to buy from them in the near future is BFME, but that's just about it.

And I always check reviews before buying games. I don't rule myself by what they say though. They may say a game is bad but that doesn't mean I won't try it.

It's a shame that EA don't come up with a few more ideas. I remember playing one of the EA sports games on the Mega Drive (or Genesis in America) and it was great! Nowadays it's yet another game that plays exactly like the version they released last year. <_<

I'm not interested in getting rid of EA because it's the only good third-party company that makes sports games for the Gamecube. I just can't live without my sports games.

At least I have a few good games by EA, including various editions of The Sims, Need for Speed: Underground, and 007 Nightfire (which was actually pretty good).

The Need for Speed series is one of the best racing game series you can get (if not a little redundant over the span of the series). Also Call of Duty 2 for the 360 is supposed to be a great game. More reasons EA should stay.

My friends and I only play Rogue Agent multiplayer's option. That's about it, but we always end up playing Nightfire in the end...

Nightfire is probably my favorite James Bond game. Was that an EA title?

Yes Nightfire was an EA game and it was pretty good. I remember how hard some of the missions were (I've only ever done the last mission once). I still prefer Goldeneye though.
As for the worst Bond game I'd say it was Tomorrow never Dies on PS1. It could be because I bought it so long after it was released but it was not fun. It's ironic because the actual film is one of my favourites.

Worst game you've ever played? Obviously you havn't played games that are truly disgusting, but let's move on. Yes, everyone has heard of Goldeneye: RA funny enough. As it was hyped, advertised and whatnot by EA as usual. I wasn't even interested of Goldeneye2 when I heard EA were working on it, have you only just noticed that EA completely ass-phuck any game they work on? Just because they create a few flukes which turn out to be popular doesn't make them a company worth respecting. My advice to "Microsoft is evil!" kids is that you should change the Microsoft part with EA, because clearly you don't know what true evil is. Actually, any fool already knows that the only thing going towards Sony's favor is their brand name and the develop support. Brand name is still a threat but developer support is not being split three-ways and thus as you've noticed the 360 is stealing a bit of Sony's support and now that XNA has neared completion more attention comes it's way, the Nintendo is always finding new developers to provide them with hit titles along with their in-house development team who come up with another Mario game everyday so they don't have anything to worry. Most of Sony's games are slowly becoming multi-platform and the only games that pop to my head right now are Devil May Cry & SOCOM which are both quality games and PS2 exclusives.

ps2 is miles ahead of the others, it'll probably out sell the 360, especially with PSPs help. Leaving the PS3 to crunch the Rev on it's own. And EA will plague all of them with sequels and other ****

You may complain about slower online for the PS2, but it is absolute death to be a GC owner and have no online at all. But, if I were to play online games, XBox would be my choice simply for Halo 2.

The magnitude of online gaming and the ability to play in a chaotic 16 player match makes it great. I prefer playing with friends but you can do that online as well. I don't like split-screen action because then there's always screenhopping as much as you discourage it.

I don't tend to get too annoyed with EA. They mainly do Sports games and I don't really play them. Even so I still get annoyed seeing them release a sports game that plays exactly like the version they released the year before.

I think that EA has really exceled at the Madden titles but they've dropped the ball as year after year the NBA, NHL, and FIFA franchises are essentially the same game with few added features. I have to buy into it for the roster updates because I can't do it online with the GC but it gets annoying.

To be honest you're not looking at the whole picture. I play Xbox Live with my cousins who live in Canada, not to mention my older cousin who lives in Germany. I also play Xbox Live with my local friends who used to go school with me, plus my best friend who I forced to get Xbox Live as well. So all in all, there's about 5 people I know from real life who plays XBL with me, not to mention my clan members which I can say we are pretty close now, and playing with strangers is the best way to improve your pwnage skills and a great way to team up with your friends to kick their butts.

I rented Goldeneye Rogue Agent along with Call of Duty 2. Not really a fair comparison but in a way it is. Rogue Agent's levels were linear, the AI was amazingly stupid, the gameplay is horrible, and the game overall is crap. The only good thing is the production quality on the cut-scenes.

Go bankrubt? Hah, very unlikely. They're the largest/richest Developer/Publisher in the industry at the moment. Infact, TakeTwo who are the second largest aren't even close to competing with them, EA is like the new Microsoft, they're buying everything out and taking over the industry.

The only thing that EA does decently is the Madden series. It's the centerpiece of their entire empire and they are great games. If only all their games could be as good as Madden.

Madden could ahve credit if you're interested in American Football, everything is just awful..they even put their name on FF9, *******s
