I don't really want kids though. I'd rather spend all the money on me and my spouse.

For a Girl I'd probably go for Jenny, or something similar.
For a Boy, I'd choose Edward, after my Grandad.
On a different note, I have a cousin called Jango.

Boy: Vincent, Robin, Lance, Ewan... Malik (which was supposed to be my name at birth, but that's another story entirely)
Girl: Regina, Joan, Vivien... some other options, but can't think of them at the moment.

Kwesi, Alfer, Omar. Those are names of friends I have and those names sound damn cool or well, I just wanted to name one of my child in memory of one of my friend. :P

I also like my own name, and I'd rather it not be shared with anyone else (at least not sons/daughters; perhaps grandchildren?). But I'd certainly consider the next best thing, the name I was supposed to have had (Malik).
Or maybe not. Too closely related to Yu-Gi-Oh, heh.

Courtney is a nice name. Haha.
What about middle names, they seem to add to the flow of the name?
For a girl, Vanessa, Lily, or Theresa, maybe something after a saint. For a boy, I'd go after Francis or Stephen. *shrug*
#46
Posted 11 April 2006 - 09:05 PM
please don't name them Courtney XD
my middle name is nice and short and french. Elle. [pronounced "L"]
=O easier than Courtney.
I've always liked Alison. I'd probably give my kid a japanese middle name =/
Like Kiseki or Akira. Or...Yuki =P

girl: aummarie, charity
boy: cody, And...XDDDDD nah, can't say. lets just say it'd be a "junior" :P
since I have a lot of italian blood from my dads side, and his grandmothers name was passed down into my middle name, they've decided I have to be the one who carries on the name throughout the family. so if I do have a girl, one of the names above has my middle name in it, and my grandmothers name. (you can probably guess which one). or It would have to be in the middle name, like mine was.

Is Mercedes unisexual? Everyone is telling me it's female only x.x
Anyway, most likely I'll let my wife pick the names. I have some really weird suggestions.
Male: Echo, Mercedes
Female: Kimber, Kindle

I guess it's female only then. See why I wouldn't name my kids? Don't want them to get teased...

Son: Pasquale (Italian for Patrick) has always been one of my favorite names. If I ever get a son, his name WILL be Pasquale! Other names I've considered are Luigi (Not because of the Mario games. >.>) and Giancarlo.
Daughter: Mara and Dana are my two top choices. Those are both names of my first cousins, and I love them. I'm also considering Maria, Michelle, and Lucia.

Sons- Alex or Alexander, Raven, or Aaron
Duaghters - Ileda, Erron, or Raven
I just think those are some good names. Although I would not name both a son and a duaghter Raven, or Aaron/Erron. That would just be confouseing. Although not as bad as George Foreman's house I'm sure.

But there are some names I would never pick, Homer being one of them. Pop Culture has ruined so many names. I know a guy named Bart, and he has spiky hair too. But he also used to play linebacker on his highschool football team, so he's a big guy. So we never bugged hiim about his name.
