    Last.fm

    Does anyone else use this website?

    For those noobs who don't know what it is, Last.fm is a website that uses an application called Audioscrobbler to keep track of the music you listen to in your normal media player. It creates charts and after a little while, the website gives you 'neighbors' who listen to the same type of music.

    So, if you use it, post your username here, if you don't, I don't know, SIGN UP!

          I use Last.fm, as you can see in my signature. I use it with iTunes, I love how it keeps tracks of the artists and songs I listen to most. It really gives a good sense of the type of music you like.

            Meh, I like Pandora better. It lets you create stations from music you like, then gives more music like it. It rocks. I suppose its not even the same thing, though.

              It's your choice, really. Last.fm makes custom radio as well, but not as well as Pandora. If you like the radio, Pandora is for you. But Last.fm is great for charts and musical tastes.

                ...I don't see how someone should be called a noob for not knowing about Last.FM. Most of the people I know online don't know about it and they wouldn't care either o_O.

                  Ever sine I got my iPod I hardly listen to music on my PC. Still love last.fm though.

                    I don't use it as much anymore seeing as I spend little time on the computer, and even smaller time then that not playing games on it, plus my computer recently decided to chuck random fits resulting in Itunes slowing down the computer. Also I really need to rip some new albums onto my computer.

                                    Exactly. You know those widgets you have in your sig? They have new, animated ones you can put on mySpace, and soon for Facebook. It'll be great.

                                      I got a Flash widget on my Facebok, and it's amazing. It keeps your playlist/radio station (your choice), along with a quilt of your favourite artists of the week, along with a list of recently played tracks. All streamlined and pretty-like right on your page. I think I'm in love.
