This likely won't be touched for another year when my tastes have completely changed.<br />

                        Eclairs are a pastry food. I've never liked them. I didn't think they were French though...

                          I don't think they are. They're those cream filled, rich rolls. Good in small quantities. Very small quantities.

                            No no, they're french. They're like cream filled doughnuts, but in a bar form. They're REALLY good.

                                Yeah, but they're a bit different in France...I think...never been there before really.....o.o;; But I have had them before. The Safeway here used to have 'em all the time. Not so much anymore...... :)
