In my opinion the Anubis theory is probably true. ;)

Before that I never believed in ghosts. After that I didn't know what to think. That was about 5 years ago, and I decided in the end that it was just a fiction of my imagination, since I think about everything logicaly, and ghosts aren't logical.
I don't think what your mother saw was a ghost. I think it was Anubis.

Then again there's always room for mystery. And Ghostbusters. ;)

No, your mother did not see a ghost. What she saw was Nemphtis. Which is lucky because she never really sees him as he gets her from behind. ;D

I could've sworn I saw a ghost once. I was walking through a corn maze on halloween about 5 or so years ago with my family, and off to the side, deep into the cornmaze, was this HUGE circle. It was like the whole area right there had been stomped down. Right in the middle was a tall, glowing figure. It was impossible to tell if it even had any features, and it glowed with a greenish, and bluish tinge. Funny thing was, was that I was the only person who even noticed that there was a flattened out area right there, and it wasn't like there were any cornstalks between the main path, and it.
It was a little creepy if you ask me, but I was also really curious at the same time.

I wish something like this happened to me now. I've got the guts now, so I would walk straight over to it to see what it was.
Maybe that was actually an alien Toasty? Maybe you were obducted(sp?), but you can't remember because they wiped out that part of your memory. Lucky you.

I don't think your mom saw a ghost, even though it's hard to describe where the kid went. Sometimes weird stuff happens, but very rarely is it supernatural.

And SoT, if it was a probe that made me spam, I think I'd still be holding the flood gates of spam-hell open.

That's the only possible explanation.

I've heard this kinda thing happening loads, it's a basic storyline for a ghost story. I doubt this actually happened.

Dunno why, but this post really reminds me of those 'Your Mother' jokes, like:
"Your mother is so stupid, she taught she saw a ghost." :o
