[I'm Always BROKE]

So I decided to make a topic myself to for a change. :blink: As you can see, this is about Alcoholic drinks. Now before we start, I would like to not bash the use of alcohol, because we all know it "bad" for you. Only post here if you have a favorite Alcoholic drink.

Anyways, my favorite drink would be Piña Colada. It's more of a ****tail really. It tastes like coconut milk with pineapple, you barely even taste the alcohol itself (or that could be me ofcoarse B) ) and it contains 14% alcohol. Piña Colada is a Southern ****tail, dunno where it comes from but not that I care... It just tastes really good! :o

I enjoy a white wine to, and ofcoarse a beer. Generaly I like ****tails more than wines or other drinks as Bacardi or Martini... So how about you guys?

And my personal favourite is Port cos its heavy on the alcohol and flavour. That said, i like most wines including Chardonnay and Sherry (not that its really a wine). Not a big fan of beer or lager. I dont really like most ****tails either lol - i think you grow out of them. Unless you're a girl XD ****tails are usually what girls drink for some reason.

Um, I also quite like Baileys cos its tastes like ice cream. Whiskey is ok too u.u

Heh, my friend ordered a virgin pina colada once, and guess what? It wasn't virgin. He was bumping into walls all night long.

I know I am underage, but I have a taste for Cassis ( sp?) I first had it in france, when my mum thought it was blackcurrant juice. But seriously, you cant taste the difference in some of them, so it's really nice. Some of them have a really strong taste of Alchohol though and arent that nice. It's best had diluted.

Uhmm... mostly I just drink beer. If were going up a notch it's a cold coffee (baileys with ice) or jack daniels.

Well for you it's 3 more years till you can legally drink alcohol. In America it would be when you're 21. (right?)

Here in Holland you get to drink alcohol legally when you're 16. Otherwise I probably wouldn't touch the stuff for another year or so.

Age limit means nothing to me, I can drink wherever I want, with whomever I want, whatever I want and nobody would stop me. So that's exactly what I do.

Actually, I haven't tried a crapload of different drinks, but I like to drink new ones whenever I can. I absolutely love Sex On The Beach. I've had it only once in my life, but it is just amazing. The sweet and slightly bitter alcoholic taste is amazingly refreshing.
Yesterday I was at a party and I tried this Serbian drink called Klekovača for the first time. It was awfuly strong and I didn't like it too much, so I didn't have a second helping.
Otherwise I usually just drink beer or wisky.

Gin is good with anything, even straight, but I prefer it with a splash of lemonade.

Being someone who actually works at what you morons would call a Liquor Store or something, I've had the pleasure of drinking all kinds of alcohol. My personal favourite has always been, and will always be Wine. I drink a different bottle of wine every week, it's a little 'tradition' that we do at the end of each week when closing the store, we pick a bottle we haven't tried and we drink it later that night. My favourite brand of Wine has to be something between Wolf Blass, Casillero Del Diablo and I also enjoy a good old bottle of Jack Daniels although as we all know that isn't wine.

A small story on Casillero Del Diablo which is rather interesting and I like to tell my customers: In the 19th century, the founder of Concha y Toro, Don Melchor, discovered that his vineyard workers were sampling his greatest wines. To discourage this action, Don Melchor spread the rumor that his deepest, darkest cellar was the Casillero del Diablo (Cellar of the Devil), so that no one would dare go in there. It worked, and a legend was born. Today, this mysterious and legendary cellar continues to hold the finest, estate grown wines of Casillero del Diablo.

PS. The only beer I ever drink is Corona, nothing else interests me.

Apparently Corona's are heaps better with a lemon in them. I've never tries them though.

The only thing I've ever tried with lemon is Tequila. That was nasty, but nice.

Fool, I've tried most of the alcohol mentioned in this topic already. I do not enjoy Corona because I haven't tried anything 'better', I enjoy Corona because I think it is 'better'.

I enjoy my spirits: Jim Beam, Jack Daniels, Smirnoff double blacks are all fantastic choices. But when finances are running low, I usually opt for a cask of cheap wine; nasty stuff that gets you very drunk and can last more than one night.

I tried Vodka in Russia and Oozo in Greece. Vodka is like swallowing rubbing alcohol and Oozo makes my nostrils sting. It's really strong...

I tried Rum one time and all I have to say is: BLEGH.

I've been obsessed with Casillero del Diablo's Pinot Noir wine, it's ****ing fantastic.

Mostly I prefer beer (Hertog Jan or Heineken) and vodka (brand called Nemiroff) but at occasion I also like wine. For wines, I prefer Uitkijk, from south-africa.

Around my friends there is always an arguement about which beer is better. For me I prefer Hertog Jan the most, because the combination of the taste and bitterness (sp?) is wonderful. After that comes Heineken, which also has a good taste, but that's it. Amstel is good too, but mainly because it is so bitter instead of how it tasted.

Vodka is awesome for when you are with some friends and it's not time yet to go to the pub. We have a strange... habit when drinking vodka. When raising the glass we say "Prostu" -- short for prostitutka, which means hooker -- and when we have empties the glass we say (don't know the spelling!!) Nazrovja.
