FireFox 2 Vs. Internet Explorer 7

What are the differences and similarities between the two? Unless I'm mistaken, the new IE browser seems to incorporate a lot of the things FireFox has, like tabbed browsing, and presumably it's just as secure.
But of course, I don't know much on the manner.
Which new browser do you prefer?

But it's Firefox's security that really keeps it on top, you never notice it's there and yet you can notice the difference. Meanwhile, the security popups on IE are all over the place on some websites, and can get really frustrating.

But on a side note, Microsoft has a place where you can download plugins and extensions to IE6 and 7. The only difference is, is that there aren't any themes to download, and the plugins you can download are few, and most aren't free (price range: Anywhere between $5 and $200). The price range gets so high, because some of them are practically programs themselves, but they either work to benifit IE6/7 in a big way, or they open in IE6/7 and can switch between the two (like Photo Shop CS2 & Image Ready CS2). Or something else that would cost a lot of money.
Basically, FF still pwns IE.

EDIT: Well, the spellcheck seems to be pretty useful, it a bit annoying.

The button that closes tabs are now on the tabs themselves rather than to the side. I'm not used to it, but it's something I think I'll get used to. The Spellcheck is a nice addition IMO, since my typing isn't the best in the world.
Also, instead of crowding the tabs, they're put on a side-scroll type of thing. Pretty useful.
Other than that, nothing much else I can see is different.
IE7 shows up weird on my computer. The interface has black backgrounds between menus. Might be the Window Blinds Skin or something.

It's superb.
The look has been stylized and become more sleek. The spell-check is incredibly useful, and the overall feel to it is even better than what I have come to know about FF.
Amazing. It definitely blows IE7 out of the water.
