I'm redecorating my room and I want some nice looking chinese/japanese signs on my wall, so I figured I put the text above my bed and I use the word rest, since I sleep there. But I don't really trust those translating machines and I figured this is a gaming forum and most gaming forums have someone who actually knows one of these languages, which language doesn't really matter. So if anybody knows the right figures please help me.
;)

Interesting(though strange) idea. How did you come up with it?
Unfortunately, I cannot help you. I know almost nothing of Japanese and absolutely nothing of the Chinese language.

Well, I don't have a Chinese/Japanese character veiwing thingy, so I can't really see/show anythings, but a quick search of Google shows several good looking sites. Or you can go download a Chinese font and type random things to see if they look cool.

...If I were you, I'd go to places like this instead: http://www.kanjisite.com/
You're putting your trust in these languages in a gaming forum with 14 year-old people who SAY they know Japanese because they watched a couple of Anime episodes and know what "desu" means. (Sure, there's like, one or two people who REALLY know but, yeah ): ).
Things like tattoos are mispelled ALL THE TIME. If ONE single stroke is missing or inaccurate in some way, the whole meaning will change completely or it wont mean ****. So be as careful as you can.
