It's been used before, and chucking eggs at people while driving = citation and a fine. Mabey even jail time.
So, here's an idea. Cars (land vehicles) will allow first strikes, and depending on the car, some over rule the other in terms of quickness. Planes = Bombs, some planes will be normal bombers which add to attack, some have stealth bombing mode, which allows you to drop a bomb on an oponent, but you're also fully protected against the next attack. Then there's the A-Bomber. Super massive damage, but the most expensive. Then there's a blimp, which allows you to dodge when chosen too, but you can't dodge twice in a row. Dodging uses up your turn. Now for boats (sea faring craft). They include speed boats, battleships, destroyers, and submarines. Speed boats move faster than any sea faring vehicle, and is thrid fastest in terms of the car. Battleships can attack any vehicle (land, air, or sea) and deal massiv damage. Destroyers are specifically strong against submarines (stronger than the battleship) But just increase your attack somewhat when facing other oponents. The submarines are especially strong against any sea going vessel (excluding the destroyer) and can dodge 1/3 of the attacks (you have to wait two turns before using the dodge a second time) dodging also uses up a turn.
That's my basic idea for vehicles.
