There were like 4 or 5 teams, each with at least 30 people on them. I was on the team with the strongest thrower in our school so we like killed them. Oh it was awesome

We've barely had any snow this year, and even if we did have 5 inches of snow school wouldn't be canceled. That's just how lucky I am.
I'm glad for you two though. Make the most of it.

a), my school's retarded. They didn't even give us a delay for like an inch and a half of snow, and none of the roads were plowed, so some people were coming in at like 9:00.
:( The weather freaking hate me. It snows just a liiiiiitttle everyday. And when heavy snowfall is forecasted, it goes up to like 40 degrees. Rain sucks.

I'm at college now, but at my old school, they closed it once just because it was icy, and they hadn't gritted it. Of course the ice had melted by about 10am, but we still didn't have to come in.

6:43AM: Link notices foot high layer of snow covering the ground below outside of his bedroom.
6:59AM: Link has a shower, followed by a bowl of cornflakes.
All set up, ready to go to school. Thought my train might be delayed due to weather conditions, but hey! It's on time. I board the train, bit of a bumpy ride, arrive at my destination. Here is where I see students from my school walking home.. Link takes out his mobile phone, calling for a lift, as there are no more trains for the next hour, but! The stupid piece of modern technology falls dead.
I stop three people and ask if I could borrow their phones, finally, I aquire one. Okay, so It'll be an hour before my lift, I go and wait outside school until then. Fifty-five minutes to go, I get hit by a mutha of a snowball. Huge snowball war with seven other kids. The day starts.
Link gets home, changes, then rushes out doors. Three zombie snowmen are neatly crafted from the snow, one with an exclusive top hat. However, they get crushed by puny children from across the street. Link chases children, bombarding them with snowballs. Link does not realize their father and uncle, before they bombard Link with snowballs! Link is a very unhappy bunny. With the loss of dignity, three perfectly good men, Link returns home to a nice mug of hot chocolate.
