Also, just a side note: When doing HTML tags:
<p align="center">lorem ipsum dolor sic amet</p>is perfectly acceptable. You don't need to define the attributes in both the opening and closing tags.

And for the record, marquee text is the most ****ing lame thing to use on a website. If you have more than half a brain I suggest that you don't try using it on your 'site.
