First off, I'm not from GSAR (I've been reading the topics >.>), and I've never joined a Golden Sun forum before, but I've been on other forums :p. I saw that new members were wanted, so I figured I'd join. I'm pretty shy though. I'm also horrible at introductions and trying to find words to describe myself and my interests, so there you have it I suppose! If you want to know more I guess you can always ask.

Ah. A lot of people I talk to seem to have an uncanny obsession with the word "yar." I think it's contagious. And then there's "aye."

Aye aye!= I am in emphatic or otherwise in exhuberant agreement with your statement. Anyonym: "Say that again and I'll kill ye!" which indicates a denial of the truth of your statement.

PS, you are forgetting the finer points of "yar" that you taught me. Yar with several a's (yaaaaaaar) has a much more positive conotation like "Yaaaar! Booty!", yar with more r's (yarrrrrrr) has a more negative conotation such as "Yarrrr, take no prisoners!", and yar with several r's and a's (yaaaaarrrrrr) means the speaker is either a pirate poser or bi-polar.

I just meant in general :p. And yes, WoW is incredibly addicting, hence why I'm trying to stay away from it. It takes up more time than you realize and sooner or later it kicks you in the ass. I mean, I liked it, but it's also drama-filled, which I'm not fond of >.>.

I seem to find that people who use the word 'Salutations' as their intro topic title are those who want to make the impression that they're smarter than most and think they're being original by not saying "Hello" or "Greetings"
