Yeah, I suppose it was. You see, I was a moderator at Golden Sun Anonymous, and then a mod on the online game War of the Adepts. One thing led to another and I became administrator at GSAR, which led me to here since Max was hosting us at the time. I didn't post much since I was already involved in quite a bit with GSA.
The only people I honestly remember are Max and nick1presta, which I do not know if they are still active. This seems to be the only GS site left, besides the near extinct Golden Sun Anonymous: The Lost Members.

GSR's forums are about as active as ours are, or at least almost. I'm not quite sure how many active members they have. But there's still quite a few sites out there, though most without forums, that are still online. Pyroman University covers a few games, including Golden Sun and LoZ. Then there's a slew of really crappy sites.

I think we should make a webring. We need to unite the last remaining communities before it's too late, and so we have a strong foundation if GS3 is ever to come out.

Yeah, it was very popular when it was up and running. There was a team of about 6 moderators, with 2 of them being super moderators, and 2 administrators to keep everything under control. It's quite a shame that it's not up anymore, as it was incredibly fun.

Max has contacts, and we could always try and merge GSR and GSS together, but that doesn't really seem nessicary. We should however try and keep good ties to all the other sites.

Funny you mention that Mr.T. Actually, when GSS was first created as the merger between Isaac's Revenge and Golden Sun Haven, Cindy almost joined in. In fact, Cindy and I were a hair away from merging our two sites (IR and GSR) before even GSS was formed, but we ultimately decided against it.
While I haven't had a personal conversation with Cindy in quite awhile, we used to have a very nice relationship, and maybe we can work out some kind of partnership. With the closings of GSA and GSAR, GSS and GSR are the only two sites that have been around since the beginning of the community.
Anyhow, nice to see you again Bill. As you might have seen, Nick just announced his return. Few of the original members remain, but I'm sure you'll meet some new friends if you decide to stick around.
