Tret Help!

when i am to fight the tret Boss and i come back down from getting the Djini he just says " im not talking to you" and wont fight me >.< I am not sure if this is a glich? or if i have missed something. Any suggestions?

When you get the djinni, go back inside the tree via the route you took to get the djinni. After that, find the other entrance that leads to the outside of Tret, and make your way up and then right, and through the door to go back into Tret, but this time you're 1 floor above. Hop on the leaves until you hopped onto the leaf that's 1 space below the leaf to the center of the room. Hop on the leaf on the center of the room to break it, and you should fall a gazilllion floors until you're in the basement. There, you can speak to Tret so he can battle you.

Yep.

You can also go to Imil before fighting Tret, have Mia join your party, and then return back to Kolima Forest and face him. I have never done this (I've heard of others doing this), and since you have another member in your party, facing him should be much simpler.

However, you really shouldn't need it. Just use your djinn/summons, then use Psynergy. It should take only a few rounds or so.

I got mia before even going near Kolima, I just thought that was what you were suppposed to do.

Not me, I got all my characters to around level 20 before meeting Mia.

Tret should be easy. I think he is weak against Mars Djinn... Hmmmm, maybe not...

if you ask me, tret is a waste of a boss. ESPECIALLY if you get mia first, like me. btw, i think he is weak to wind, since all other earth creatures are. i've never tried anything to find out though, i just beat him.

"beat" is an understatement of what i did to tret, words that describe the process better include mash, maul and massacre, aswell as maim, slaughter, annilihate, destroy, crush, exponge, eradicate, obliterate, decimate,pulp, exteriminate and erase. Yep, i beat him good.
