Does anyone have a copy of Mario Strikers Charged? I have the Gamecube one atm from a friend and I like it, but if Mario Strikers Charged is just like it I won't pay $80 for a game I will tire of really quick. Question is, if I buy it, am I buying a game that has lot's of replay value, and will retain it's online users for awhile to come?

I have it. It's certainly a good start for online gaming, but I must warn you now, it is one of the most difficult games. Not the controls or anything, but the computer AI is so clever and difficult to beat. But if you want a solid game then it's a good choice. The online play is great, because you dont have a lobby with wierd/nooby people and no voice chat so they cant swear as loud as possible down the microphone at you. There's quite a bit of replay value, as when you've won the cups, you have the challenges to do. If you want a game that will last you a month or two, then buy all means buy it.

But is there enough variety? With the orginal it's pretty much the same thing. Start with/out the ball, tackle, use items, set up a good opportunity and nail home the goal. Repeat for 4 cups in 3 different difficulties.

Well I didn't have the GC version, so i'm not affected by it.

I wouldn't say it's too different from Smash Football, more of an upgrade than a sequel.

I don't have it, but a good friend does. I really like this game even though I didn't played the original. We can literally play this game the whole afternoon and it still not become tired from it! Dunno if I'm gonna buy it myself cause I can drop by his place anytime I want (not now though he's on vacation) and I don't have other friends who own a Wii so I'll probarly just skipping this one but...

It's a really nice game, though I've heard the game didn't added new features and the Wii controls kinda feel outa place like they've been added at the very last moment but that doesn't mean it isn;t good. All the original stages have returned and the game has 4 new playable characters; Bowser, Diddy Kong (who's my fav whuttasupryz), Bowser Jr and Petey Piranha... Not ment to spoil the game for you, but really as soon as you have the game you pretty much already know who the secret characters are since the game literally already lets you play with them in mini game missions.

Anyways, if you don't have a friend who has it- buy it yourself. :D

Ok I got it. My Mum got it because my report kicked ass! EB is having a huge sale so I'm going back soon to buy MOH: Vanguard, or the Godfather game as they are both cheap, and look decent. I haven't bought a game for my Wii since Launch. Opinions on the other 2 anyone?

Mario Strikers is pretty good. Did the training then went straight to Wi-fi and won! Had something like 34-6 hits. I'm so cheap :D
I'll post the code in here and the game contact topic, Caael could you post yours? And anyone else's.

I'll put my code up as soon as my internet is fixed for the Wii and DS, though that might require me buying a USB connector. Which could take a while.

Surely you don't need to pay $40-50 for a Nintey product only adapter. What's wrong with your wireless. A.K.A (hurry up and fix it so I can play againest someone :D)

It's crap. The wireless internet stays connected for about half an hour before randomly disconecting.

But we're gonna get a new one soon. Damn you, BT. DAMNNN YOOOOOU!!!
