    Well, I made a Sig-Pic to go with my new Avatar, but i cant get it on. When I try to upload it on the web, it asks me to sign up for a .NET passport. (1)What is this? (2)Does it cost money? (3)And how does it affect me uploading pictures?
    Anybody wanna help me out?

      Where exactly are you uploading it to? Tried uploading it to http://imageshack.us/ if it isn't imageshack.

          ImageShack is totally free. Just find your image in your browser, put it in and it gives you a myriad of ways to use your newly uploaded image. Use Eugine's link, it's what I use as well.

              Paste a direct link to the image. You're probably just looking at the thumbnail.
