I'll be in a highschool band playing in the halftime show for the Huskies vs. Ohio game this weekend in Seattle. It's college football, so I don;t know if anyone outside of the U.S. would even be able to see it, but I'll be playing a base drum, I'll be average height, and I'll be dressed in maroon and gold. The name of the highschool is MLHS (Moses Lake High School) and we're the Chiefs.
So if anyone's just dying to see my manlyness, watch the halftime show. =P

Will do. I've got a friend who's probably got the right equipment for the job. I'll ask him. *logs off*

... Why is everyone here so obsessed and amazed when somebody is on TV?

How often is it that normal, everyday people such as ourselves are actually on national television? Or at least television viewable by millions of people? And I don't mean just walking by past the camera's view in the far off disance while surrounded by people.
But not only that, how likely is it that one of us would get on TV? Albeit, blue was, but it still doesn't happen every day.

I'll try to look for the little red-haired dot. If I can't see that, I'll try looking for your ego. It'll be bigger, probably. :blink:

Any channel that covers college football I guess.
And apparently our band will be playing along with 29 others. All at the same time o.o;
But as far as I know, it'll be at halftime.

Quoted for truth.
QFT.
The only sports I kinda like are hockey and soccer, and it just so happens that America doesn't give a crap about either of those. Instead we like baseball. Yawn. Seriously, it takes a ton of effort to sit through 9 innings. I can stand it if you don't watch the game and have friends or something, but seriously, it's mindnumbing. Same for football, except slightly less boring.
