Not bad, my only recomendation is to try not to use lined paper if you can. Printer or copy paper tend to look better, imo, and more professional. but they still look good. 8/10

Here is a few tips to draw faces:

1)The eyes would always be in the middle of the face.

2)The mouth is closer to the nose then the chin.

3)The nose is the center between the eyes and the chin.

4)Your ears is long as from your eyes to your nose.

Lots of work to do, especially if you are interested in a career with graphics. Much better than my skills though, but then, it doesn't really mean anything cuz I can't draw to save an ant. I still use trace paper to draw a world map x.x

Doesn't look that bad mate =). But I do have to say there is a lot of room for improvement. Try focussing on natural looks. When for example drawing hair, dont do one outline around the head. Start at one point and draw the hair from that point (or several points, like from behind the head). Also try to keep in mind that most heads are a bit egg-like shaped. I got a crapload of tips from my art teacher, but I can't translate it from the top of my head, haha.

Anyway, keep it up mate. You're getting better.

Hopefully, I got all the proportions right. T.T I'm still having problems with the hands. >,> And yes I got too lazy to fix the left hand and the pant's folds.

The eyes are horribly large (is he on speed or something?). The hands are about right, though they're laying at his side like he's a robot or something.

The waistline is a little high, and a little narrow. The legs are a bit too slender as well.

Hair looks good though.

What you should start doing is doing skeletons for your drawings. In drawing terms, this basically means you draw a stickman in the position you're going to be drawing the subject in.

Something like this, but it doesn't need to be nearly as complex, literally just a blank stickman in the pose you're drawing and then draw your character around this; it makes it much easier to proportion things.

It's pretty easy to tell you're a self-taught artist and you draw things mainly by eye, which can yeild some good results, but when drawing people, and particularly faces, there are certain guidelines that most of the time you should follow. As toasty has pointed out, the eyes are waay to big. The structure you should follow, in its very most basic form is this:

This helps you to space out facial features and get things in proportion. There's numerous guides all over the internet for drawing faces, figures, poses etc; i've just given it a summary in its most basic form, but for drawing people, you should try to follow these guidelines. Of course, they dont have to be 100% realistic proportions; you can draw skeletons of subjects that have tiny heads, huge arms and torso and weedy legs; the skeleton isn't to make it look as realistic as possible, but just to keep everything in proportion. Same goes with the face structuring.

But yeah, good drawings so far, but with this advice you can make them look even better.
