Meh. I like the filters. That way I can just put in asterisks where there would normally be a swear word and pass it off as swearing when I'm not really swearing......yeah.

If I called someone a twat or a prick in my school, they'd call me ghey. Mostly because twat sounds like a ghey kind of word to us americans. Or at least to me and everyone lse at my school who isn't bristish. Which is pretty much everyone.

I thought nigger was blocked. Guess not.

But there is a considerable lack of freedom of speech in the US nowadays. It might not seem like it, because it's not like the government is going to burn alive all those who say things they don't want them to, but when you're in public, you have to watch what you say or you might be labled as a racist or something else that you probably aren't. Daytime television is more censored, though not in the sense that things are bleeped out. If you say something that even only a few people find offensive, you get slapped in the face.
