Ok so approximately one week ago, I drank a bottle of apple Minute Maid and when I was done, I just left it on my desk and it stayed there the whole week because I need to save any scrap materials I can for 3-D Design.

Ok so, you know how there's always a liiittle bit of juice left that you just can't get out of the bottle?

So yesterday I opened all of my bottles to clean them...And the juice on this one ****ing fermented XD It was like WHAM ALCOHOL STENCH. Must have had an assload of sugar for that.

      LOL.

But how did it ferment? Doesn't it need yeast for that?

Not really, it just needs the suger for the most part. I think the yeast just quickens the pace. Although it would be less beer and more of a hard cider.

Sheba didn't mention adding yeast, so it would actually be a cirus vinegar since it was fermented by bacteria.
