ROFL
See, these people give gamers a bad reputation and this is why people like Jack Thompson hate VGs. But come on. You dont hear a story about every single person who bought GTA IV and DIDNT go and attack somebody, but as soon as one person does go beserk the media is all over it.

I fail to see 'murder' but yes it is pretty messed up when people go to those lengths for a game. Then again it happens all the time with phones and wallets.

The article didn't say anything about murder...
Now, I can almost understand robbery for a $600 PS3, but a $60 game? Come on now.

iirc, one kid "accidentally" killed another kid for a 360 (might have been a PS3 or a game...not too sure).
Also, in Japan, there was a student who shot up his school and he had a copy of the DS Ninja Gaiden in his backpack...the media blamed it on the game...lol.

I did.
I still think it is messed up.
At the same time mildly entertaining.

Lol, this isn't surprising at all. Leave it to the idiots without a brain to give those stupid, overreactive parents something else about violent video games to complain about.

Maybe GL actually works for Jack Thompson and the Daily Mail. He'll say it's an ultra-violent video game next. :joy:

I wonder what Blue has to say about all of this, seeing as how he sells the games to these people.
