My uncle just got a new computer, so he gave us his old one. It's even older than the two we have, so my mom is using it to write a book. He's legally blind, so he had some weird-*** configurations for that shiz. I changed most stuff back to.. normalcy, but there's one thing I'm mixed up with.

Right click on some blank space in the toolbar, go to toolbars, then un-tick "Desktop".

      Now, suck me off.

Yeah, then there's nothing. Like, it's as if you hid that bar completely. I'm on my other computer now, but it basically goes like this:

If there's nothing important on it, re-install windows. It's incredibly easy to do.

Basically, I'm too tired to continue searching for the solution. What version of Windows XP do you have?
