I've been reading on some cases for my January exam, you will all admit this case is weird, basically Kitson was convicted for Drink Driving, what happened was that he had been drinking and his bro picked him up and was driving home, Kitson falls asleep (pretty much blacks out) but then awakes to find the driver gone but the car was still moving, he tries breaking but due to the greasy conditions he couldn't stop the car, so he drives the car onto the grass, convicted for drinking Driving, my question ism where did his bro go? There nothing indicating on where he went XD
