This guy made a working model of a Mac Pro. Though it doesn't actually have the guts of a Mac Pro, it looks like one, and it's a fullyfunctioning computer with a CD drive and everything.

Amazingly enough, it only came in 5 place in this year's MacMod Mod of the Year contest. It got beat out by some guy who only fitted a powerbook into a 360 case (without the 360 of course)

Regardless, it's still impressive in my opinion.

How the **** did that lose to some one putting a mac into a 360 case? Thats nothing special.
Making a case out of legos? Thats win.

There's some pretty crazy stuf in the list of mods too.

Some guy pretty much did the impossible and upgraded an old Apple Cube. Even added water cooling.

I'm surprised that didn't at least get 3rd.

That has to have really efficient cooling to keep the LEGOs from melting.

I don't think he's using any high-end parts. Pretty sure it's just the guts from an older mac. Not sure how he cools it though.
