    Does anyone know of a way to get rising dragon like Atagio? (other than the Masamune's special)

        Codebreaker would probably work. Just look for Psynergy-altering codes.

            It's Rising Dragon, but a different kind than Agatio's... it's kinda two smaller dragons of... flame or something instead of one big one.

                ....and element. Agatio's is Mars, whereas the Musamune's is Mercury.

                anyway, no, I don't think there is a way to get Agatio and Karst's Psynergy. Rising Dragon, Meteor Strike, Rolling Flame, etc. are unavailable to Garet or Jenna (or anyone else, for that matter).

                  I think you can use a cheating device to get the move. If it's in the game, there's gotta be a way to use it.

                    There's no way to to unlock Agatio's Rising Dragon that I know of. And this topic would be more appropriately located in Help.

                      I wouldn't think you could get it as it is Agatio's special, unique move.

                        You can have it with a GS/AR if you really want it.

                        It isn't that powerful and you're better off using Planetary.
                        Anyways, there is not legit way to get this move.
