Lesser Demon can be found in Jupiter Lighthouse and surround rooms within it. Drops the Rune Blade (ICC 8).

Red Demon can be found in Gabomba Statue and Gabomba Catacombs. This drops the Staff of Anubis (ICC 7).

No, Lesser Demons are found in Magma Rock, not Jupiter Lighthouse. I remember, because that's where I got my Rune Blade

Read my RNG guide in this forum (It's pinned). ICC = Item Class Chance. It's just the rarity you have for an item to be dropped. ICC 7 & 8 are high.
