OK I have a HUGE question that nobody ever answers and it is "What do you do with the Large Bread, the Sea God's Tear, and Magma Ball after they all have been used?" I also have Hermes' Water and Cell Key(the key to the cells in Lunpa Fortress) from the first Golden Sun. I'm keeping the Hermes' Water though.
Hope some can help.

Well, these items don't have a use after.
The Magma Ball is a one time item only (As it requires the cannon on your ship), the Sea God's Tear is null after it's used/collected, and the Large Bread is also useless (It's optional so some don't have it).
Not ALL items in games must be used by the end. They are just one-time leftovers that were kept by you instead of discarded.

I figured that much...oh well I'll keep them anyway, esapcailly the Hermes' Water it's a good item from the first Golden Sun. Alright then Thanks for the info.

Just sell the ones that you don't want and get some money, it's very little I know but it takes up space in your inventory.
