Well, I said I had artwork for my fan-fic... and I do have some done.... :P

I haven't really been able to look through all the other work here (though I have seen a bit of Linear's, which was chock full of chibi cuteness :( ). I plan to start posting more and more of what I come up with, now that I'm registered with image shack (thank goodness a free server exists beside the AOL hating Deviant Art). So far I have 2 (only 2 :( ) pictures for everyone. Right now it's just Elle stuff, simply becuase she was the first character I came up with for the story. I'm working on Mikan and the next new character, who will premier in chapter 18. I've also got to do some new designs for original GS characters (wait till you see Piers... big change for him.)

Elle's official pic I did this with water color pencils, which are really fun to mess with. Mostly just to give everyone an idea of what her clothes look like. You can also see what was meant by her "wings," which normally can't be seen. Otherwise, their just like colored light coming out of her back.

Cute little pic of Felix and Elle I just got into the mood to draw something cute, and this is what came out. I like it, especially the happy/embarrassed look for Felix. Just a normal pencil sketch.

Hmm... You guys are right, I'll work on that. Now that I look, Elle looks part super deformed, part normal... (Starts looking up ways to amend this problem)

The second picture, like no one says, I think the eyes of your OC, Elle, show no expression.

You mean the eye right? One of the eyes in the second picture is closed. You are talking about the second picture right? Hmm I don't see what you mean. Expression? She looks happy to me.

No, the eyes. Even the closed eye is just that, a closed eye. And the expression OF the eye, not the face.

I don't quite understand what you mean, Mystic Warrior. Elle was supposed to be happy-looking, so I drew her eye wide. And, since it was an SD kind of picture, I didn't really want to add a great deal of detail. Despite that, I do understand that I need to show more expression in my images.

However, the only problem with that is Elle is a very somber person (it's pretty evident that she's pretty depressed in the story, but like anyone she has her happy moments). I tried practicing and came up with this picture. Ivan and Sheba look sad over something (maybe Piers?). Man, I need a lot of work...

On the other hand, I drew a picture of Elle looking blank, but kind of sad (like she always does, but hey...). -_- Hehe. Anyway, Elle is looking out standing on a cliff on Mt. Aleph. I did this with water color pencils, but choose not to wash it like I did with the other picture (the paper I drew it on was kind of thin so I didn't want to risk ruining the picture). My scanner also decided to make her clothes purple instead of red... Here it is.

Now Elle in your second picture looks like she has no expression in her eyes but that is what you wanted right? I haven't read your Fan-fic so I don't know about what happened to Piers so I don't understand your meaning. I'll make sure to read it. Ivan's nose looks alittle out there but other then that they look alright. Nice job.

The first picture was good but it needs a little adjusting, the second picture is truly amazing, I like the pink and blue toned eyes ^^

they're all realy good lind and i agree with isaac13, its nice to see them based on a storyline. Are you going to animate the whole thing or is this just like concept art stuff so we know what we're meant to be imagining

It's supposed to be like a comic. I have such a hard time drawing eyes shaped like Felix's, narrow and sharp looking. That's why so little artwork has been posted, I just don't like it enough!! I'm working on a picture of Jenna and Isaac that's gone through five drafts... Darn my perfectionist ways! Bah!!
