I love Iris. Especially when you blast your enemies into the sun. The night sky in the background along with the sun creates the greatest graphics ever on the GBA.

Catastrophe. Muaha! The dragon, pyramid, and other effects make for a devilishly cool summon. The graphics... wow. They seem better to Iris than me. Iris is just... too... boring, and 2-D looking... however, quite a unique idea.

There have been a bunch of favorite summon topics, but they all died months ago.

As for animation and outward appearance, I'd say that Catastrophe is my favorite summon. I used to like Eclipse the most, but a giant dragon that fires beams of energy just gets boring, where as Catastrophe's summon is more entertaining to watch.

I find it annoying in boss battles where you are near to the end and you summon Daedalus and then the enemy dies before the big rocket hits it. That REALLY annoys me!!! Another thing that annoys me is fighting Vaulkar and I am just about to summon something big, and then he uses Djinni stun and it sets a djinn on standby. Anybody else annoyed by these?

Put all djinn on standby and unleash them all at once. Back on topic... I think that my favorite looking summon would have to be catastrophe. Nice effects, I'm surprised the GBA can blow out those graphics. Simply magnificent.

I finally got Iris!!
It is really cool, but the streaks of light, there is too many. If you use it on only one enemy, then there is still 5 beams of light. Thats the only bad bit. I stil prefer Catastrophe though.

she revives and heals everybody even your second party...

Daedalus looks very good. Especially when the big missile is launched, and when the flames like burst into the air. I like it a lot. But not as much as catastrophe.

I, too, like the concept of Daedalus. The missle arriving after you summon is a cool idea, like you said. I imagine it would be fun in multiplayer battles. First dropping tiny missles, and just when they thought it was all over, a huge nuke comes crashing down on them.

Summoning Iris would be better. All of their characters playing get shot into the sun...... I can imagine it now....

To be honest, I never used the original summons in GS2. Probably becasue there is more in GS2....
