Yes. Besides those few on GSSF who can do art in MS Paint, I've had a little experience of my own. But sometimes I can be horrible with it, sometimes I can be grand. Either way, sometimes I just get up and do it. So, let me start out with something the people who've seen me role-play know by name at heart: my infamous Black Brand. This is, supposedly, a little larger than my height (measuring at least 6' 8" tall), and wider than my body (3' 5"), with an inch thick blade. Yet, I can still wield it, only through rigorous training. Those who've I've spoken to (very few, I believe) about it's ultimate technique know that it takes a lot to accomplish. So, without further conversation, you may help yourself to the attachment for the image below.

its nice silo - very easy to see what its meant to be and i like the overall style. The effect of the actual "blade" part with the lines used is quite impressive^^

Touché, Silo. The coloring and shading is perfectly done. And you utilized the tools nicely. I can't wait to see more.

By the way. The grey streak down the middle of the white part of the blade is ... just what I called it. It's a streak that is produced when hit by a certain shade of light, like other swords or metals.

And yeah, the tape on the hilt of the sword is supposed to look like that, since I was trying to get in the cuts and tears in it using the pencil tool.

EDIT: Ah, yeah, the supposed curve at the end of the blade is supposed to be more curvy, I would say. And the back end sticks out a little more.

Man, if I was better at this, I wouldn't have to correct my picture in words ...

                WARNING! PG-13 POST!

My next one is the (aptly named) ******* Blade. Some of you recall from Diablo the ******* Sword when you hear this name, but trust me, this is way different. The only thing I hoped to improve on was the blade. MS Paint really sucks with this kind of stuff, so I guess I should start improvising more.

By the way, you should open this up in your own MS Paint programs, since the minor gold details on the emerald part of the blade make it look like it was messed up in a smaller view, so, maximize it with the zoom tool.

By the way, before you even ask, people are allowed to double post in their own art topics. Only if they have some new submissions they'd like to add.

This next one is my already infamous emerald bazooka. I dunno why, but since my birthstone is an emerald, that may be the cause of why I like emerald-colored stuff. Maybe the occasional shade of green, but you get the idea. This took no longer than 5 minutes.

It's not a dagger ... it's supposed to be a normal-length sword. MS Paint made it look like crap, okay?

And Forte ... be patient. :D

                                        ^No.

This next one is one of Forte's dual revolvers--that I dubbed the Magna Revolvers--for his character from EX; an anime I may be doing in my adolescence. These are supposed to be as long as his legs, but the trigger (despite its size) is easy to pull back and shoot. There are straps on each side of the handles on the revolvers that Forte can position his fingers through and have a better grip on them, while he can concentrate on shooting.

I'm not gonna go into too many details, so, here it is.

again silo, thats very well made - the lines and details are perfect and produce a good effect^^

Your description of how it would size up on Forte and the overall style of the gun made me think of the Timesplitters artwork. I think its a lot like that style. Kinda cartoony but not.

I got the idea for the revolvers from Gotcha Force, since one of the characters there had big guns, and I really mean big.

that gun somehow reminds me of a gun in Trigun, but it's probactly just me, it's nicely done, me likes it.

This is my custom deranged-style anime face. Sure, it has proportions of that from FLCL, but this is different.

That's all I have to say. Enjoy.

That's hilarious. In a good way. Maybe if the mouth was a bit less boxy, it would look even better, but it really isn't required; it's fine as is.

That would make an cool logo. Nice work. =D

Well, since I haven't updated this topic for a while, I'll let you guys on in a piece of art that I'm still working on (as you can see from the stray color blocks and the uncolored areas of the hilt). Currently, I've had another anime idea after listening to an internet radio station that was hosting techno music, which then sparked a nearly forced brainstorm, which grew into an amazing idea. From there, I started working on this, which is one of the characters' weapons, supposedly entitled the Cobalt Sabre (until I come up with something better for its namesake). It's supposed to have a techno-esque look to it, but I don't even know if that's true, so, go figure.

                                                                  Enjoy.

I extended the blade, modified the hilt a little, and moved the stray bolts onto the front of the hilt, then moved the extra part where the bolts were to the back. I hope it looks as techno-esque as it should be.
